At Breer Pie Co. we create indulgent gourmet pies. Our range of handmade pies are created in small batches, filled with hand trimmed and slow cooked cuts of locally sourced meat, locally grown vegetables where possible and wrapped in our signature wheatberry crust pastry. We source our ingredients from local farms because of their story, their provenance and their Scottish-ness. Our aim is to showcase these ingredients, the farmers story, the heart of the pie.
