Neve is amazing! She is so patient, kind and lovely with Dax. He doesn’t like a bath or being dried, and can get a little anxious, but she makes it fun for him, gives him bosies and reassures him the whole time. She is so friendly and warm and makes the whole process lovely. Her hygiene is impeccable and I feel 100% safe with her - even during Covid19. She takes all the right precautions and is very safe and responsible. Also Dax always smells and looks amazing once he’s seen her! 💜
