I would recomend Liv as a Personal Trainer to anyone. She gets to know you individually, fully understands your goals and knows how to help you get there. If I've had a "bad" week, there's no judgement from her, she just helps me re-focus and get back on track. Most importantly for me, as someone who doesnt particularly enjoy being in a gym, she makes sure the workouts are fun!
