Boxercise Tom McPherson was established in 2015 located in Bridge of Don, having over 25 years boxing experience I decided to add this to my personal training experience and give my clients boxing personal training.
I offer 1-2-1 , Buddy and Group Sessions.
Boxing training is a total body workout, fast-paced yet methodical exercise touches on elements of cardio, endurance and strength training to create a comprehensive workout. The intensity of a boxing workout can also help relieve stress and loose weight.
Over the years I have helped people of all levels accomplish their personal training goals.
