I use the latest evidence-based research, combined with my knowledge and experience in nutrition and behaviour change, to educate and empower you to reach your goals and enjoy a lifestyle free of restriction, rules and unknowns. I currently specialise in the areas of weight management (e.g. fat loss), nutrition mindset (cultivating a healthy relationship with food) and general nutrition support (maybe you need some pointers to optimise your diet).
