I’m Val and I have worked as a consultant with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan for 9 years helping hundreds of men and women lose weight - I love helping people gain in confidence, and become healthier, best version of themselves. 🔷The Plan offers a choice of 6 different steps, 5 of which have varying amounts of conventional food alongside our delicious meal replacement products - we are more than just shakes! We have a wide variety of products including shakes, soups, porridges, smoothies, savoury meals, and bars, so there are products to suit even the fussiest of eaters. 🔹I offer friendly 1:1 support where we can decide which step is best for you depending on your weight/height/lifestyle/any medical issues etc - if followed correctly, each step will be 💯% nutritionally complete.
