Louise is a hypnobirthing practitioner and postnatal doula based in Aberdeen. She is passionate about supporting mums-to-be, their birth partners, news mums and their families from bump to birth and beyond. Louise offers private and group hypnobirthing classes (taken 20-34 weeks gestation), postnatal planning & preparation services (taken 36-40 weeks gestation) and postnatal doula services. A postnatal doula can support you virtually or in your home after your baby has been born. A postnatal doula gives you emotional and practical support and can support you with evidence based research on a range of parenting issues such as feeding, infant sleep, physical recovery and parenting choices.
