I had never really used a gym or been a member of a fitness club. I was a total novice and the coaches were patient with me. I love being at AKR because I enjoy feeling that I can be strong, achieve goals, and be with other people who share the same enthusiasm. I am so much stronger, healthier, and infinitely more confident than I was a year ago – and while I stopped caring about weight loss, I’m a stone lighter too!
