I’ve been training with Claire for over a year now and initially started because I wanted someone to help motivate me to get back into exercising and weight training as I had been previously. Claire has been instrumental in keeping me motivated, especially throughout lockdown, by providing workouts tailored to my needs/equipment I have at home and being on hand if I had any questions or queries. Claire has helped reignite my love for weight training and has been so accommodating over the last year, working around the restrictions to ensure we can still have our sessions! I’d definitely recommend Claire if you’re a beginner in the gym or even more experienced like me!
