My mission is to inspire and empower women to feel healthy, strong, capable and energised to live their daily lives to the full.
Established in 2017, I offer the following services:

Small Group Training
1-2-1 Personal Training
Kettlebell Training

My qualifications:

Level 2 Fitness Instructor
Level 3 Personal Trainer
Kettlebell Instructor
200 Hour Yoga Teacher

I am fully insured with FitPro and registered as a Personal Trainer Practitioner with CIMPSA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity).

Health and wellbeing Sports and fitness

I joined JenFIT to improve strength and posture. I knew Jen from kettlebell classes, so I knew she was approachable and professional. It's great effective and fun. I've done sports training in the past. This was very specific and focused. I have better posture, stronger legs. Better for general stair climbing, hill walking and running.
