Since I first stepped foot in a gym over 6 years ago, my life has completely changed. I am now armed with the tools, knowledge and experience required to help others create their own transformations. I am fully qualified and CIMSPA accredited (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) with further specialisation in Exercise and Mental Health. I am committed to helping everyone achieve their own individual goals whilst ensuring that each session/check-in is enjoyable and rewarding. I currently offer 1-2-1 Personal Training, Online Coaching (at home or gym based plans) and Sports Specific Plans.

I went to Somer as I found myself in a complete rut when it came to fitness. I was bored of the gym and running, lacked routine and consistency and really did not enjoy fitness anymore. In the initial consultation we discussed my goals and what I liked and disliked in terms of exercise. Somer listened to my responses and provided a plan that was completely tailored for me and fitted around all my commitments. Somer got me right back on track and I love having the weekly check-ins to discuss my progress and motivate me for the week ahead. Her approach is so friendly and she really cares about you as a client, I’ve already learnt so much and can’t wait to continue progressing.
