My mission is to help everyone feel confident about their fitness journey. Whether its your first time in the gym, stepping into the boxing ring or signed up for your first ever race, I am here to help you achieve your goals.
I have been a gym-goer for 10 years and a qualified PT for 6 years. Since then I’ve developed a huge interest in running and boxing (including Muay Thai) and I love sharing my passion and knowledge through coaching.
I offer 1-1 PT and Group PT sessions at Bannatyne Aberdeen and also offer Online Coaching.

I went to Somer as I found myself in a complete rut when it came to fitness. I was bored of the gym and running, lacked routine and consistency and really did not enjoy fitness anymore. In the initial consultation we discussed my goals and what I liked and disliked in terms of exercise. Somer listened to my responses and provided a plan that was completely tailored for me and fitted around all my commitments. Somer got me right back on track and I love having the weekly check-ins to discuss my progress and motivate me for the week ahead. Her approach is so friendly and she really cares about you as a client, I’ve already learnt so much and can’t wait to continue progressing.
